Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.
United States: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 7–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
BreezeBolt is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
